The casual series “PORTER CRAG” has a deep color and unique texture that can only be produced by Garment Dye. Porter use the original back satin fabric, which is a high-density woven blend of nylon and cotton. A deeper shade was obtained by performing "two bath dyeing" in which two different dye liquors are continuously dipped in order to dye different materials. The drying process after dyeing creates a unique texture. This series uses environmentally friendly, safe and secure dyeing processing by utilizing the high technology cultivated over many years in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, where the textile industry is thriving.
